Claude Practice
Agentic software delivery, built on Claude.
PragMattie helps mid-market engineering and product leaders use Claude and Claude Code to automate low-risk code changes, require human approval on every high-risk change, and cut the time senior engineers spend on manual code review.
Predictive Orchestration of the SDLC
An agentic workflow that moves each ticket through planning, development, testing, and release. Every code change gets a risk score based on the part of the codebase it touches. Low-risk changes go through automated review and merge. Changes to high-risk code, such as billing, authentication, and data migrations, always require human approval.
Built with Claude Code and the Claude API.
Engagement Packages
Every engagement starts with one package. The next package is added only after the current one meets the targets agreed at kickoff. Each package is delivered with Claude and Claude Code.
-
Best for: engineering leaders using AI coding tools who need to know which parts of their codebase can be automated and which require human review
Timeline: 10 to 14 business days
Scope: review of up to six months of GitHub and CI data, with each service mapped to a low, medium, or high risk zoneDeliverables: readiness scorecard, custom risk rubric, implementation roadmap
Not included: changes to code or pipelines
Investment: $8,500 to $12,500 -
Best for: teams ready to let Claude review and merge low-risk pull requests
Timeline: 20 to 30 business days
Scope: one or two repositories. Risk scoring runs in observation mode first (changes are scored and reported, nothing merges automatically), then switches to enforced mode (low-risk changes merge automatically)
Deliverables: automated ticket triage, pull request risk scoring, automated low-risk merges, delivery dashboard, team training
Not included: repositories beyond the two in scope
Investment: $28,000 to $45,000. 50% of the audit fee applies to the pilot when signed within 30 days of the audit.
-
Best for: teams adding more work without adding engineers
Timeline: 40 to 60 business days
Scope: rollout across [number] repositories
Deliverables: automated ticket implementation and code review, risk-based test selection, sprint forecasting, an audit trail of every automated and human-approved change for compliance reviews
Not included: [Geoff to define]
Investment: $60,000 to $85,000
-
Best for: teams that have completed a pilot or full rollout and need the system tuned as their codebase changes
Timeline: monthly, three-month minimum
Scope: ongoing calibration of risk thresholds and Claude agents against production incident data
Deliverables: monthly risk-score accuracy reviews, priority support for stalled CI/CD pipelines, up to 15 hours of advisory with Geoff per month
Not included: new repository rollouts
Investment: $4,500 to $7,500 per month
Reference Implementation
PragMattie Sync
PragMattie Sync is a fictional SaaS CRM business with a working FastAPI, MySQL, and Vue codebase on GitHub. It is the reference implementation for Predictive Orchestration of the SDLC. Prospective clients watch Claude Code and the Claude API move each ticket through planning, development, testing, and release, score every code change for risk, and route high-risk changes to a human for approval. No client code or data is involved.
Before signing any package, prospective clients see that package's workflow run on the PragMattie Sync codebase, so they know exactly what will run on their own.
“Geoff led the design of an AI-based triage tool that makes recommendations for a human to approve, cutting our manual backlog review time.”
Paul Schutt, CEO, Fluency Health
“Geoff's biggest strength is translating between engineering and the business. He's firm about quality gates without slowing the team down.”
Laurent Stanevich, Fluency Media
